Zinc oxide was crystalallized by the decomposition of Zinc chloride
under alkaline and urea conditions with microwaves. Zinc oxides
particles of various sizes and shapes were prepared under aqueous
conditions using microwaves.
The ZnO powders with crystals size in range 10 - 100 nm were prepared
by hydrothermal technique. A high pressure with microwave reactor was
used to produce of the ZnO.
