Abstract

By means of  successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) have been received nanoparticles  copper of sulphide in volume of a polymeric matrix. As a matrix polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) has been used. Composites with different growth cycles (different size of particles) have been obtained. Research changing of weight of films CuS:PVA from quantity of cycles has shown that at initial cycles weight of films change considerably. After 3 growth cycles change of weight of films depending on quantity of cycles becomes insignificant. This results showed, that  at initial cycles the film volume is filled with nanoparticles. At the further increase of quantity of cycles growth process occurs basically in surface region areas.

Dependence of dielectric permeability and specific resistance for different samples depending on frequency has been investigated. Results of researches have shown that at initial cycles (1-3 growth cycles) specific resistance of samples decreases. The further increase in quantity of cycles leads to increase in specific resistance of samples.

Research of distribution of particles in cross-section of films, has shown, after 3 growth cycles there is a redistribution of particles. There is a migration of nanoparticles  from volume on surface area. As a result of such migration resistance in a cross-section direction increases
