Abstract

One of the important problems in the metallic ceramics investigation is the study of influence of a various type of impurity on them superconductivity property. In work the dependences of resistance from frequency and temperature dependences the conductivity and dielectric permeability of oxides LuBa2Cu3O7 and LuBa2Cu3O0.5S5.5 were investigated.
Researches were carried out on frequency 1592Hz, which, as follows from the impedance diagrams, belongs to high-frequency area, in the field of temperatures 78-400. Temperature dependencies of conductivity the compounds have a Arrenius type. Dielectric permeability is monotonous increase with the temperature increase.
Presumably, in area 310-380 in LuBa2Cu3O7 exists the piroelectric phase transition.
The occurrence of three various meanings of energy of activation in LuBa2Cu3O0.5S5.5 instead of two in LuBa2Cu3O7 is probably given by presence at a sample of sulfur.
Increase of a share of oxygen in compound LuBa2Cu3O7 and the addition of sulfur results in increase conductivity on the order, dielectric permeability decreases approximately in 5 times.
