You are cordially invited to submit your abstracts at Early bird fee before 30th June.
We highly recommend that your abstract should be present products or solutions at High Technology Readiness level, as so could be an offer for industry.
Rules for presentations or poster by industry: We understand the practical approach in the Business world. Presentations may include products promotion. However, we request that the role of nanotechnology and/or advanced materials to make the product superior is explained.
For an additional fee of 50E, it is possible to have a small table at the poster stand. On this table you can show examples of your products, prototypes, as well as information material. It is recommended, that the oral presentations are accompanied by a poster with such information material and examples of products.
We recomend clear presentations and abstracts, addressing a broad
intredyscyplinary community. The "elevator test" presentation style
will be favoured:
- We have a solution for a problem, the solution name,
- Why is this solution important,
- What is the novelty,
- Why the proposed solution is better than the state of the art
- Conclusions: offer, collaboration needs, opportunities
Invited lectures 30 min including discussion
Contributed talks 15 min
Students short talks 5 min (upon invitation based on
abstract)
Fee
Access to NAMF by participants of the E-MRS Fall Meeting is without fee, however under condition of registration at our web page. Please remember, number of participants is limited.
For students who cannot afford the fee, we can try to obtain some financial support. Write to the Organisers.
500 PLN - One day (19.09 - Best Polish Research Projects in Nanotechnologies and Materials (FP7, NCBiR, POiG and ERANETs grants)
400 PLN - Students fee - students have to present evidence of their status
900 PLN - for 4 days participation (16-19 September),coffee breaks, small lunch, Sandwiches and drinks during the evening poster sessions, poster session, book of abstracts.
