Role of the structural factors in shaping of mechanical properties of galvanic composite coatings

Abstract

The abrasive resistant heterogeneous coatings with controlled gradient of the contents structure and structure by principles of determination of dependence of  their physico-mechanical, tribotechnical and service properties from the geometric and physico-chemical factors of structure composition material of coating are created. The technology of electrolytic deposition gradient of coatings on working surfaces of materials, for critical conditions of friction without lubrication at presence of abrasive, aggressive mediums, influence of corrosion and temperature are developed and optimized. The condition of electrochemical synthesis of composite electrolytic coatings (CEC) and creation of dimensional effects of a structure before chemical-thermal treatment processing (CTT) CEC is investigated. The influence gradient of structure CEC for shaping of tribotechnical properties such galvanopowder compositions is marked. The couplings between a type of filling, geometry of disposition and nature of interaction of components origin CEC and after CTT are established, and at application of the concentrated power sources also. The role of filling and features of interaction between components of coating and dependence of strength of triping for interaction of galvanic metal of matrix with powder filling, from their nature and conditions of formation adhesion of transitional layers which are capable to improve tribomechanical of properties of material of coating composite as a whole was investigated. The optimization of combined method at obtaining gradient of coatings for materials that is working in critical conditions of friction is executed. The number of technological processes, necessary the equipment which successfully has approbation in production new of galvanopowder method of obtaining CTT CEC gradient type for tribotechnical purpose is developed.
