Abstract |
In the surrounding reality, we must deal with a vast diversity of material cracking processes and phenomena. The aim of this study is to take advantage of the parameters and methods of applying percolation phenomena to model the crack process of materials based on an example of a modern engineering material, sialon ceramics. The reconstruction of the crack process and its characterisation were carried out using stereometric measuring files acquired as a result of profilographometric analyses of the surfaces of fractures of the material examined. |
