Abstract

The dynamical properties of fullerene cluster, confined between graphite walls, have been investigated by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation method. The fullerenes form the monolayers parallel to the graphite walls. The monolayers are quite stable, we have not observed the migration of fullerenes between monolayers. The interaction induced light scattering spectrum (depolarized Rayleigh scattering) of confined fullerenes has been calculated and it seems to be the sensitive indicator of phase transition in the fullerene film.
