Here we present equipment for high-pressure investigation of microbiology, chemical, reology and other characteristics of foods and biology system.
Present equipment consists of two high-pressure cells and four-column press frame 1600 kN. The first cell is used for realize of pressure and other one is placed in thermostat and used as a work chamber.
Spirit with glycerin are used as the pressure-transmitting fluid.
Technical parameters:
pressure up to 10Kbar (1000 MPa)
temperature range (-40(C - 80(C)
working volume about 200 cm3.
Temperature was measured directly near the working volume.
Small size of equipment make possible to use it in any research laboratory.
