Polish-Japanese-German Crystal Growth MeetingThe 2nd Polish-Japanese-German Crystal Growth Meeting |
24-25 May 2007 WDW Zakopane-Kościelisko
The Second Polish-Japanese -German (PJG) Crystal Growth Meeting is a satellite workshop to the Fifth International Conference on Solid State Crystals and Eight Polish Conference on Crystal Growth (ICSSC-5 & PCCG-8). The PJG Crystal Growth Meeting will be organized on Thursday May 24 th and Friday May 25th 2007 in Wojskowy Dom Wypoczynkowy Zakopane-Kościelisko. The Meeting opens at 15.00 on May 24 th and will close at 13.00 on May 25th 2007. The schedule of the Meeting will be published soon.
The principal subject of the PJG Meeting is the growth, characterization and application of wide bandgap semiconductors for opto- and electronics. Both the bulk crystals and epitaxial layers will be discussed. The primary materials to be discussed are: gallium nitride (GaN), silicon carbide (SiC) and zinc oxide (ZnO).
The PJG Meeting is named after the three leading organizers, but not limited to these communities. We kindly invite participation of all participants of ICSSC-5 & PCCG-8 Conference and explicitly encourage the participants from all other countries, interested in the subject. The oral presentations are not scheduled, but the poster session is predicted. Also the exhibition is previewed.
