Abstract
The permittivity e [r] and tand pressure dependencies have been used
as solidification phenomena detector for some liquids of elevated
viscosity at normal conditions. The maximum of tand indicates a value
of solidification pressure and often is related to the inflexion point
of the e [r] - p dependence. Such investigations carried out in
different temperatures allow to determine a part of phase diagram of
such liquids as castor oil, triolein and di(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate.
