Abstract

Single-crystals of Na1-deltaFeAs with partial substitution of Fe by Co, Ni, Rh and Pd were grown by a self-flux technique. A systematic investigation of the structure by powder X-ray diffraction, temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility, electronic transport and specific heat were carried out. We map out the corresponding electronic phase diagram for the Co and Rh substituted Na1-deltaFeAs, compared with Literature [1, 2].
