Abstract

We determined the penetration depth of the visible light in the YBCO films as a function of the visible light' frequency using our ellipsometric spectra determined previously. We correlate this results with the Raman profiling spectra in the depth of YBCO films. We establish the optimal thickness of the YBCO films to obtain the maximum laser' hitting effect in the depth of the YBCO films. We optimised the Raman signal as a function of the visible light' frequency and establish that the YBCO resonance for the most important Raman peaks are at the blue light.
